University Of California & Nolo Press Home Buyer Seminars

Thanks so much for your assistance in putting on a terrific program for first-time home buyers at CAL! Your presentation and information during the follow-up questions added a special touch.

Enclosed please find copies of our evaluations. It is clear that people are hungry for information! It seems that we could do more, more, more on financing and selecting a lender. Also, people want information on neighborhoods, fixer-upper and contractor information and something on open-house etiquette.

I also noticed that every one of us got a combination of thorns and roses for our individual parts of the program--isn't it funny how different things will appeal to different people? Just ignore the thorns and smell the roses--we all did a GREAT job! If you are willing to do this again, I'll look forward to the opportunity. Regards,
Becky White, Manager, Community Living, UC Berkeley Housing and Dining Services

We would like to thank you again for volunteering your time to conduct the "Buy A Home In California" (BHCA) seminar in San Jose. The responses we received were incredible. Several people have even called to ask when and where your next seminar will be held. We sold 28 copies of your book an Saturday, our best seller for the month. We would love to have you again next spring. As you are aware of, real estate is an extremely hot topic in the Bay Area, especially down here in the South Bay.

Bradley Inman's San Francisco Examiner Home Buyer & Seller Fairs

I want to thank you for participating in the 1992 San Francisco Examiner Home Buyers and Sellers Fair as both a panelist on the Expert Panels on Home Buying and a speaker on the Investors Symposium, as well as participating in the 1992 Los Angeles Times Home Buyers and Sellers Fair as a panelist on the Expert Panels on Home Buying. Measured by the excellent attendance, the Fairs were greeted by the public as a valuable step in finding credible information on the complex California real estate market. Both our high-quality exhibitors and our outstanding speakers/panelists have made these events the success that they are.

Again, thank you for playing an active role in these important events. Knowledge is the key ... thanks for sharing.
Bradley Inman, Syndicated Columnist

This is to re-confirm your participation as a speaker and as a panelist at the San Francisco Examiner Home Buyers & Sellers Fair scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, March 12 and 13, 1994 at the Concourse Exhibition Center at Eighth and Brannan Streets in San Francisco.

Your role will be to serve as a speaker on the How to Buy a House in California, 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., Sunday, March 13. During the panel discussions, it is important to be sensitive to the cultural and ethnic differences of your audience. Also, please avoid using acronyms or industry jargon that might confuse the public. Please note that panel members will be seated in directors chairs facing the audience.

You will also be serving as a panelist on Expert Panels on Home Buying, What to Buy and How to Make the Purchase, 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12.

What's particularly rewarding is how many of our buyers and sellers have become friends.

If you're planning to buy or sell a home, we'd appreciate the opportunity to show you how you'll benefit from our services. And, if you know a friend, neighbor, or family member who is buying, selling, or relocating anywhere in the United States, we'll be happy to check our extensive database of highly qualified Realtors and refer you to a great local Realtor. Send us an Email or fill out this form

Give us a call - we'll treat you like friends!
We'll find you a great place to live by making sure that you don't miss any homes which meet your needs! We specialize in helping nice folks buy and sell pleasant homes in the East Bay's most comfortable neighborhoods, and we offer FREE referrals to other outstanding Realtors in the United States.
