In retrospect, I would not recommend buying a house long-distance if the buyer Is unable to be present for inspections. However, for buyers who must of necessity be in this position, I would strongly recommend you as agents because you went out of your way to accommodate my schedule and to be there in my place when it was impossible for me to be present. You worked tirelessly with me on the last offer. I hope the next one goes smoothly, but I think I learned a lot from my previous experience, and in that sense it was worthwhile.
